Scope of works: Strategy, Brand Design, Interior Design, Technical Documentation


Our goal was to refresh Bon Marché Zimbabwe’s identity to inspire fresh living. We wanted to make the store the destination for healthy living and more.

The logo needed to retain its distinguishable apple mark but we modernized it by using a bolder, rounder and friendlier font and by introducing a fresh green colour palette. When used together, the greens create a vibrant punch making sure Bon Marché stands out in the marketplace.

The new tagline, Simply Good, is rooted in the belief that simple is best and promotes the growing movement back towards simplicity. That is doing things the right way, without taking shortcuts at the expense of people and planet.

We want this brand to be fun and quirky (healthy living doesn’t need to be boring) so we make use of images of people interacting with groceries and food in a playful manner while always keeping the idea of happiness front and centre.
